Seeing a Counsellor or Psychotherapist allows you to tell your story in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of how your experiences have impacted you. Attending therapy can create understanding and awareness which will give you the choice to make changes in your life and relationships. You can gain resources and put boundaries in place to help you live the life that you want. I work with adults experiencing a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and identity issues. I specialise in working with people who have experienced trauma and are working through their history and want support with this.
